Doesn’t eating well seem difficult these days? We are bombarded with new studies that prove that sugar is bad, caffeine is bad, fats were bad, but now they’re good…where does it end? It’s a headache trying to eat right these days, and it really doesn’t help that half of these studies are being backed by major corporations that are trying to sell you on their next product. Half of the information is pure marketing to try to steer the general public to buy their “hot new quick weight loss miracle”, or to sell the idea of all of these fad diets. When did eating get so complicated?
